After double-distillation in traditional copper pot stills, cognacs are stocked in original Limousin oak barrels and are matured in dark traditional cellars. Seasons after seasons, matured Eaux-de-vie express all their aromas and their fineness. All along their aging, the Maître de Chai controls and tastes the qualities in order to provide the finest cognacs.
Our Cognac stocks span over 100 years ( our oldest bottles date back for the beginning of the last century). We use older spirits to ensure consistency of blend quality.
